Over at the Washington Monthly, they're suggesting that Democrats ought to Fire the Consultants. Or, more accurately, they're arguing that we've been relying too much for too long on the same 'ol strategies to sell the same ol' ideas and running the same ol' campaigns.
Now, one solution is to adopt some new approaches to issues and ideas - much like we've discussed over at Western Democrat - but another solution is to begin to adopt some new tactics, like we're talking about right here at Politics & Technology.
Of course, we're not the only ones thinking along these lines - but a net-centric, grassroots, approach with candidates that take chances and speak from the heart... well, that just might work.
