This is a bit of a belated launch announcement, but here's the website for the Oregon Voter Choice Primary, aka OneBallot.com.
They're pushing a ballot measure that will give Oregon voters a primary election in which the top two vote-getters proceed to the general election, regardless of party. All voters would get the same, identical ballot - one ballot - and have a choice of all candidates.
As they put it:
In Oregon, too many elections are decided in primary elections open only to Democrats, or open only to Republicans. A better idea: Primary elections that are open to everyone. One Oregon, One Ballot.
